We usually have some instruments in stock, that are ready for direct delivery, and trial. If you are already a customer of ours and you have bought a new instrument in the past, we send it as soon as possible. You may pay for the instrument at delivery. If you are a new customer we will ask you to send the payment first. At reception of the money we will send you the instrument. All new instruments that are in stock are available for trial. A full money back guarantee applies; just in case you do not like the instrument, you may send it back to us within 2 weeks of the reception date for a full refund (the return postage is your charge), or you may require an exchange for another instrument.

For instruments that are not in stock we gladly accept your order, by email, telephone or by the order form. In all cases your order has to be accompanied by a deposit of 115 euro to be accepted. If you cancel your order before the work has begun, you will get your deposit back. If your order is cancelled after the work has started, the deposit is not returned, unless you can find us another customer for your order. The money back guarantee also applies, but in this case you will get the refund after we have been able to sell your instrument to another customer. Please be aware that this may take time, especially if the instrument you commissioned is a special model or at an unusual pitch. We feel this to be both fair to the maker and the customer.

Delivery is always as soon as possible. Some models have a longer waiting time, up to two years or more. Please inquire for the delivery times at this moment for your instrument.

Guarantee for all new instruments is two years standard. For special orders (e.g. decorated instruments) it is five years. The guarantee covers all the costs of revoicing, re-tuning and maintenance for the full period of the guarantee.
