Ordering with PayPal(creditcard) or iDeal(internet banking, Netherlands only):

Your order and payment is sent through SSL-encryption to the servers of PayPal and to ronaldwick.com. With iDeal you pay and order with your existing internet banking account.The information is not readable to others. Your order is checked and confirmed. If the item you want is in stock it will be sent within 2 working days.

Ordering via email (order with payment after invoice, or cheque):

You send your order by email to the server of ronaldwick.com. Please be aware that email is sent in text format that is readable to anyone on its way across the internet. There is a program called PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) that encrypts your mails, so only the receiver can read them. You have to install this free program on your computer. An order that comes this way will be sent within 3 to 21 working days. Ronald Wick will contact you about the delivery time. This depends on the way of payment you choose. Euro giro is fastest, a foreign bank cheque can take up to 3 weeks to clear.

Fax or snail-mail :

You first print out the order form on your own computer, then send it by fax to Ronald Wick Fluitbouw in Holland. In this way, your information is always secure and will reach us directly and only on the right person's desk. A fax order will be shipped within 3 to 15 working days, as described above.

SAFETY FIRST

Cookies :

To make ordering easy for you and to keep a record of the items you ordered, cookies (small text files that are updated while you visit the site) are sent by our server to your computer. These are stored temporarily on your computer and are removed if you end your session. Our server will only write serial numbers and coded information about your visit, it will never store personal and sensitive information anywhere. When you leave the site, the cookie will be removed from your PC. If, however, you place an order, this cookie will remain on your computer for a couple of days, to let you easily revisit the site, and cancel or change your order. Java and javascript :

Again, to use all functions of this site, your browser has to be Java and javascript enabled. If this is not the case or you have this feature switched off or not installed, some functions will not work properly, you will not be able e.g. to enlarge photos on this site . All scripts and programs on this site have been thoroughly tested with most common browsers and operating systems. It is however, impossible for us to test all configurations and possibilities. Should you experience any unexpected errors or program faults, please notify the webmaster if you want, so we can solve the problem.

Your Privacy:

All information you supply on this site will NEVER be used by or passed on to a third party. They are only intended for use by Ronald Wick Fluitbouw, and only for the purpose you supplied them for. You will never get any unwanted email or letters. Cookies are used only to track your visit and only consist of serial numbers related to your visit or order. They never contain personal and sensitive information. The IP-address of your computer is only used for a simple count of visitors, and will never be passed on to a third party. Your email address will never be visible on this site.

We ask you to please NEVER fill in CREDITCARD, BANK ACCOUNT or any other sensitive data in comment or similar fields and then send this per e-mail. On this site there are no forms for that purpose, all payment details are handled by the secure environment of PayPal or your internet banking program. We do not ask for this information on forms that are sent through unencrypted channels, so please do not supply them there.
