Try an instrument for two weeks
We know that buying an instrument on the internet has its problems. You can't feel and hear it, and you don't know if the instruments' possibilities are what you were looking for. Here is the solution. You may try any instrument that is in stock, and send it back within 2 weeks to us, without any obligation to buy it. If you would like to try an instrument that is not in stock you can reserve one, and try it under the same condition. We often make two of the same when we reveive an order. We'll note yours as a reservation together with someone else's real order and so can fairly accurately tell you when yours will become available for trying.

If you are a customer already, you need not pay for it in advance. Just order it on the site's  personal page. If you are not a customer and we don't know you, we will ask you to send the full payment for the instrument before the delivery. We send you the instrument and keep your money reserved for you in case you want to return it. The only cost you will have for trying is the return postage and insurance. You don't need to give any reasons why you want to return it; no questions asked (although we would like to know of course why the instrument was not what you expected).

The only condition is that the instrument is returned in time, properly packed, insured and is in the same pristine condition as you got it. So if you are interested but unsure, go ahead and try it!

Please note that this does not apply for special orders with extra's such as more corps de rechange, gold keys, mammoth ivory mounts etc. For these special conditions apply which you can find on the order page .
