asked questions
- Which instruments can I rent?
- You may rent any instrument with a price of € 700,00 or
more, if you are living in the Netherlands, or in Switzerland.
Used instrument are also available. Look at the used
instrument page (section in Stock) what we have in stock.
- Do I get back all the rent I paid, when
I buy the instrument?
- If you have rented a new instrument and you buy it within one
year, you will get all your monthly payments back. If you have
a used instrument, or if you rent it already longer than one year,
there are different rules. Please look at the general information
page about hire or ask by email.
- What happens when the instrument gets damaged?
- The damage will be repaired as soon as we can. Just as when
you would own the instrument, the costs of repair are yours. You
can take an insurance against this for a small annual payment.
- Will I get another instrument during the
repair?
- Yes, we will try and give you a replacement for the time that
the repair work takes. Because of many models and pitches this
is not always possible, though.
- Can I change the instrument after a while
if I don't like it?
- Yes, just like when you are buying you may change it. You may
change twice without losing your rights to reimbursement of monthly
payments.
- May I send you the money for the monthly
payments myself?
- No, we can only operate this rental scheme at these conditions,
if the monthly payments are automated by direct debit. Which is
one of the reasons why from abroad, apart from Switzerland and the Netherlands, it is not possible to use our rental system.
- May I pay more than the usual monthly installments?
- Yes, you can always make extra or higher monthly payments.
